Rear Bumper (Corner Lights)

Any way to replace these bulbs without removing the rear bumper? I'm scared to pry out the lens for the sake of the paint and the wheel well has little to no give - am I doing something wrong?

If you are skillful, you can access it from between rear quarter panel and bumper.
