Default No more "I AGREE" button for NAV

Took my SC in for routine service and the dealer gave me an 2009 GS to drive around for the day.

First thing I noticed, there is no I AGREE upon startup. I thought this was something Lexus did for liability reasons. Have they removed it for the 2009 SC? If they are willing to remove it for the GS, why keep it for the SC? Granted the NAV system is different, but how hard can it be to jump the piece of software code which inserts the button and waits.

Also, the Nav on the GS had a nifty "3-D View" of exits when on the freeway.

Finally, the keyless entry and ignition is way cool.

Maybe this is all old news, but it was new to me.

I would pay big money to get that damn thing turned off. Any ideas on how?

yeah the new nav is just almost a "modded" 5th gen nav system more like an update, the warning screen just fades into the nav after a few seconds... these were introduced into the '08's... it's old news but not many people drive the newer cars yet.. and that 3d view is just when it tells you to exit off the freeway (screen splits) that has been on the nav's since 07 (again the original ver. of 5th gen nav)
