Default What shocks for Tein S-Tech springs?

I have decided to use a set of Tein S-techs that have been sittin around for a while. What shocks should I use for this setup? I have read that Bilstein seems to be a better choice but KYB do a good job as well. Any thoughts?

Is it an option to use the TeinS springs with the OEM set up? This is how I have them on my IS350. Different cars but rides great and gave a nice aggressive drop.

Unfortunately bilstein stopped making the shocks for this car a while ago according to them. I spoke to them about 2 months ago when I was thinking about dropping the car with the s-tech springs also. After doing allot of searching I found out that the only shocks made for this car are the stock ones available at the dealer. Sorry for being the bearer of bad news but let us know how it rides on those springs once you get them on. I am still looking to drop mine but I really was worried about the ride quality I can’t wait to get your feedback. Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention that I was planning on using GS shocks since they are no longer made for the SC. The GS shocks will bolt right up.
