Default are coilovers an easy install?

can any wheel shop do it? or is it something i should take to a dealer?

coilovers or not, it's always my belief that dealership doesn't mean better. it's about the techs, good techs and it's good, you get a bad tech at dealership and you might as well trust a monkey with your car

coilover install isn't too bad coz' it's straight swap. need to be very careful with the speed sensors, easily torn and you need replacement

I could be wrong on this but don't you have to break the tie rod joints apart as well? Sometimes getting those joints apart without damaging them is a little tricky.

Coilover install isn't really hard. It's just sometimes you get stubborn bolts/nuts that takes up time. It sure beats installing springs/shock combos because you do not have to compress and align the springs/shocks.

Any shop should be able to do it. It's rather simple. Most people freak out because they see that the suspension consists of various moving parts. It's not like you have to completely disassemble everything.
