ok. i am picking up 02 sc430 next week and it comes with certified, the question is how do i make sure that's a certified car? this is from a lexus dealer.
does cpo warranty as the same as the original warranty?

All of them have the 70k mile powertrain, the CPO is offered with 100k warranty, but you usually pay extra for this.

 

The dealership should provide you with documentation of their inspection of the vehicle with any repairs made to bring it up to corporate Lexus CPO standards. One tell-tell sign to possibly look for are new tires, which are usually changed on a CPO'd vehicle. Verifying CPO status shouldn't be too hard to spot.
