Not sure exactly which part you're asking about, but I have an '06, and upgrading the nav still left me with the "I Agree", and it took away the override ability. I went back down to the previous version.

I upgraded to 7.1 in my 02SC and the 'I Agree' is still there. The UL,LL,UL,LL,LR override works but the nav freezes sometimes; nothing works except my icon keeps moving on the map.... I don't know if this is a fluke or due to the fact that my upgrade disc wasn't OEM and maybe there's a bug in it.... also, I don't notice many differences overall from the original 02 version that came in my car. There are some 'dead' areas on my 02 map that are still 'dead' on the upgraded version's map; it doesn't show street names or any details... just a blank area.
