Default Optitron Gauges !?

Hi guys iam new here

Iam Ali i live in Bahrain , tho would love to share my prev cars since its my first post here , http://www.cardomain.com/id/ghoshee

anyway guys iam about to sell my new avalon and buy a 03 sc430 red with offwhite interior ,MINT CONDITION 6k only !!..
But my qustion is can i convert the gauges into the newer model optitron gauges ? also whats the diffrence that i can upgrade in my 03 that has been made for the 05/06/07 sc's interiors ?

+ the sc i got dosent include the navi option but everything els is here and equipped already . so are there any way to do a navi conversion ?

also i would love to use this car for only 3 passengers so do u ppl think the back seat wont be tight already :P

sorry for the timewasting but would be appreciated if someone can answer me in details regarding my post .

That sounds like a costly conversion however. It would involve a lot of electronic gadgetry that would consist of a lot of custom work. And it doesn't sound like many people have done it either.
