Tein CS install instructions
Tein removed the Tein CS link a while ago, but I still have it.

Not sure if that is what you are looking for.
You sound like you need the install instructions in the Lexus repair manual.

Thanks aquanuke for the updated link!
Unfortunately, the previous owner only supplied me with the wrenches for adjusting the ride height - I don't have the "hex wrench". Is it possible to use a standard hex key? Or are the clearances too tight up there? Also, the instructions mention cutting a hole in the inner panel to access this - is there sufficient room if I just remove the wheel (I am not into the cutting process)?
