Did the Lexus change the 2007 SC's windshield wipers to one arm type? Does anyone have any pics?

Ok thanks!...I've been looking at buying one (06 or 07) within the next couple months and noticed (on edmunds.com) that they mention this as a new feature and add that they are fully concealed. Have you noticed if yours are different thank earlier years?

 

yes, i think started 06 they only have one blade, very funny imho

Thanks everyone...I've been searching this on the net, and I guess it's the 2007's that have the uni-blade, but still kind of getting mixed messages - maybe just call the dealer, huh?.....maybe someone out there with an '07 can verify??

 

well for sure 07 has uni-blade, i have seen it before at dealership (and commented that it looks funny). i wasn't sure about 06 and guy confirmed that it's not the case

 

I have an 07 and it has two blades. Bought it in Dec. 06, maybe later manufactured cars have one blade.

I would have to see it in action on the SC but cars past did not perform well with one blade which is why they went back to two blades.
Feedback from a uni-blade owner would be nice.

 

I was at Pebble Beach in early April. I thought the 2007 SC Pebble Beach edition on display just outside the club house has two blades. , not the uni-blade as mentioned on the literature.

when i saw the sc430 with uniblade, it was late last year

 

I just took delivery of an '07 about 3 weeks ago. It has 2 windshield wipers. Although, I have never turned them on.

I took the wipers off my NSX years ago. Looks great without them.

 

that's so weird, why are they having two different designs in the same year?!
