Hello,

For the owners of SC's, I have been quoted a price of $60k for a new '07 SC. Does this sound right compared to what you paid, or should I negotiate a bit more?

I highly doubt 60K is "out the door", but its still a good deal. If you could get them to bring it to 63, 64k out the door and maybe throw in a clear bra then you should run to the bank with it.
When I was shopping for my SC the 07's were soon to be released so they were giving ridiculous discounts. I went to Santa Monica Lexus and on a demo 06 white on ecru (1,900 miles) SC the salesman gave us 59,500 right off the bat, after a little negotiation's he dropped it to 55K... we really weren't serious about it so my father low balled them at 53K and the guy just asked us to write him a deposit check so he at least knew we were somewhat serious and we would talk about it.
