Hmm, I think the tips for the Mercedes has angled pipes that do a 90 degree into the tips.
Either way, they look good but what are you going to install them on? Cut the OEM bumper?
bt..those above are not the quad tips JobDesign uses for that SC430.
JD most likely weld these tips below to made the quad tips for that sc430 and the finished product has not gap between tips.
Also, I think you already know that rear bumper is exactly cut to fit JD's own quad tips ONLY.
In any case, whatever they used, it looks like they only did it once and don't have plans to do it again!!!
I think JobDesign is very wise and has a valid reason not to sell that rear bumper for quad tips.
A lot of ppl won't spend $1000 in JD's quad tips and still don't understand why they can't find other aftermarket quad tips to fit it.
4.5"x3" is the outlet specs per oval tip.
Anyone who can find other aftermarket tips in the same specs and the same shape is my hero.
You stand more chance to find the foglight to fit the JD's front bumper, imho.
It is safer for them to sell you the rear bumper that will definitely fit your dual stock tips, so they will receive less complaint.

It's a litle more than that. The exhaust location on the quad rear bumper is much higher. Even if you bought the JD tips it's not "plug & play". You would have to mod the exhaust to get the tips in the proper location. That's why they don't want to sell it.
Job Design has stated that the car pictured is the only one. It is probable that Job Design only has a bumper mold for the dual exhaust version. It would be too costly to modify each bumper by hand for the quad exhaust. Bumper integrity and quality issues too.
I took pictures to several body and bumper shops and nobody wants to touch it. Explains why Job Design doesn't want too either.
A mold for the quad version might do the trick but, I haven't see any stock exhaust come directly from a painted plastic surface, other than this 'one" Job Design SC. The tips are so close to painted surface, heat and exhaust would probably effect the bumper integrity over time.
Yup,,JobDesign does mention it in the description of that rear bumper.
I forgot I have read it before. haha
I know a local bodyshop in Houston that will modify your fiberglass bodykit, but he will charge you a arm and a leg.
Just use your dual stock tips or find any 4" aftermarket tips to your liking.
To me, I will only cut stock bumper because it is cheaper to find a replacement if something goes wrong.
Anyway, you can always order Tom's kits if you really want the quad tips.
