Hey, I recognize that dam where the blue/saddle car is. It's the beginning of hwy 92 to Hotchkiss, off hwy 50 in Colorado.
Was there in September on my bike. Best twisty road I've ever ridden on a motorcycle, made even better by trees changing colors and snow-capped mountains. Just incredible. Spent a week exploring CO and northern NM with a friend; what a trip. Later.

 

The blue car looks familiar to me.
Tom's front lip, Depature IV exhaust by Garage of Fukui and that yellow Supra BBK with Porsche decal.

I think that is the earlier stage of this car.

Do those blue ones have no spoiler? I think it looks cool, but that discussion was on CL before here and it seemed like most thought it was ugly without the spoiler...

 

Looks like Japan. Especially the pics with the ferris wheel. I wanna say that looks like Yokohama. Plus the cars are right hand drive.

That car is in Japan for sure.
The owner is very proud of his ride and has blogs with hundreds of pics.
