Default Seat Back Panel

Need some advice. The plastic panel on the back of my passenger seat keeps sliding off. There is a little plastic latch at the top that slides up under a metal piece and there are some metal tabs at the bottom that seem like they are supposed to clip into something. I cannot figure out what the bottom tabs clip into, seems like that it would prevent the seat back from sliding down. Are there supposed to be some screws that lock the panel into place via the bottom tabs. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

I've had the same thing happen twice now. There are a couple of screws that hold the seatback fast. I had both seatbacks start creaking and then they came off when I started examining them. Found 2 out of 4 screws...

I took it in and the dealer fixed it no problem. Now it's time for my next service and I found the passenger seat is loose with no screws again.

It might be another example of Lexus over-engineering and it's a secret "time for service" monitor!

Thanks for the replies. Now come to think of it, I did find a screw below the seat a few months ago. I was wondering where it came from? Now I know. Will try to take a pic but it is a very tight place to get a pic of.
