So what would you guys do if you could just get one or the other to improve handling, and whats your argument for doing so.

No doubt the consensus will be the sway bars. Strut bars add minimally to handling if anything at all depending on your driving style while sways will improve the overall characteristics of the car. Many do not even feel any real difference in the strut bar installation while sways are felt immediately.

yeah sways for sure. the strut you will probably hardly feel it

No doubt the sways. As stated above, the feel of the struts are barely felt on the steering feel of the car.
