I had the same wind screen for my 2002 BMW 325 convertible. It worked flawlessly. Much better than the windscreen in my 2006 SC 430. Obviously, it is much larger and closer to your head than the one in the SC 
430. It costs $300 from the dealer. That person had to have drilled 2 holes to make that fit. It does not look good in a SC430.
