LSD pro/cons?
do you mean just pure lsd and stay with the same gearing or different rear end with different gear ratio together with lsd?
if you just talk about lsd, imho it can only be good, especially if you push your car very hard. but for normal driving, seriously i dont think you are going to really gain much from the lsd.
now if you get a lsd unit with different gear (the stock one is 3.23), then you can potentially make the car a lot faster

I just had a Torsen type LSD installed on my GS and I felt the difference immediately. Now I'm used to it and forgot how a normal open differential feels. Cornering will feel slightly more secure, the car will just go wherever it's pointed.
As Rominl said, you can get the LSD unit which installs into the differential by itself for around $800-900 from Carson Toyota (Steve Ganz).
Edit: Wait? The LSD should fit in the SC340 differential correct?
