does anybody knows if the SC is completly comaptibale with iPod ??

this may sound silly but its important LoL ;P

 

i think if you have the ipod that has bluetooth, it will work.... We are buying a new ipod to test it.

 

well...the SC has a tape deck that can be used for the iPod

 

i use an Ipod every day in my car. My favorite FM transmitter is called ITrip and is powered by and plugs into the top of the Ipod. You select an unused FM station, tune into it with your ITrip and IPod and away you go!

 

can you give us more information on the ITrip??? it will work with Ipod Mini? Wife has a mini and I think it should work even it has no bluetooth feature..

i don't like the iTrip...it doesn't work well for me...at least the area i live in

the tape deck is simplest way and the most effective because it has the best quality...just use that

 

viastech has a unit that will allow ipod to be played on thes tock system and it will even show the song info

 

The IPod unit won't work in the SC as the Nav and audio systems are not integrated.

 

oh that's a bummer.....

will the avic100 work with the sc then?

 

The AVIC is only good if you are going to put AUX inputs into the car such as a rear view camera or other video devices. Problem is, no display on Nav screen.

 

ah gotcha. coz' i am thinking about putting dvd player
