to replace my oem bulbs with 6000k does anyone know the bulb size or best bulbs? 2 dr or ds?

my next question is does anyone have any good tips on how to change the hid bulbs? looking from the engine bay and how LACK of space it is, i can't see how i am going to change the hid bulbs without taking out the headlights assembly, which means taking ou the bumper... any info would be appreciated
