need service advice

2002 SC430. I have a passenger door rattle and a buzzing noise from one of the passenger side speakers during deep tones. I've been to the dealer 4 times to get these fixed. I even brought the door rattle TSB with me. The Tech heard both noises on a road test. They claim that they have replaced the speakers in the passenger door, and installed the insulation per the TSB. 2 weeks ago I called the Lexus North America 800 number and left all of the details with them. I was told I would hear from somebody within 3-5 days. Nada.
Advice???

where in cali are you in? i might be able to suggest something

or go see the general manager and complain

umm... really, that sux man

i would probably complain to the top, this is not acceptable for lexus service.

how about the lexus in concord? far away but did you try?

Not yet. I dread starting over with somebody else, but since I'm not getting anywhere with Fremont...

I have gone to the Lexus in Pleasanton for over a year and have found them to be very helpful. They are alot closer to you than Concord. Good luck!
