Eeek — the noises are horrible 🙀 — Sorry, I have no idea but hope you get it sorted out soon!!
Where did you take it to get brakes done? If not the dealership, I would take it back to the brake place and tell them this was NOT happening before. If it was the dealership, I would also take it back and have them sort it out.
Hopefully someone will chime in with helpful info.
Your wear indicators are dragging. When I replaced my pads and roots last year. 2 of the 4 indicators were malformed:
The fun part is you get to take everything apart again. I ground mine to the proper length with a disc sander.
However, I don’t think this is the issue here, as the noise/alarm was from the cabin (alarm), not from the wheels.
magically, the alarm went off after a normal engine re-ignition, and everything has been normal since then.
I’m inclined to say the issue could be related to some program bugs in ECU. It may need a reset after pads replacement (I never do that before on any of my cars).

if I were you I would recommend you bring your car to Lexus and or a very
reputable shop to look at your ABS acculator.
And my hunch is you also have over 100,000 miles in your SC430 .
if the answer is yes , you will thank me before you are going down a hill or on the
freeway and your ABS goes out
my engineering philosophy is, even the ABS module failed, it should fail (or fall back) safe, which means the main brake should still function normally (just without ABS).
yes, the car has 130K or so.

Yep you are correct. That said, You better know how to immediately downshift quickly and hopefully you are not going down a hill or speeding on the freeway if your ABS completely fails at high speed with no power assist.
Bring your car Into the dealer and have your brakes ( ABS unit) checked out or you could roll the dice and test your theory out on the ability to stop without power assist when you lose your ABS without getting into a serious accident. Your ABS is failing and when it completely fails you will not be able to easily stop the car.

If not, I would assume it is your brake accumulator. (aka brake booster)
If that is the case I would get it fixed right away. We have had several people say it has "Gone out all of a sudden" and had very bad times.
However, since it happened right after you did the brake job, maybe you want to recheck your work? Also, the sc has a specific brake bleeding procedure. Maybe it wasn't bled properly
I didn’t bleed. Instead, I just pushed the pistons back (like on most old cars). I suspect when the brake fluid was pushed back into the reservoir, we should disconnect the battery and let some programs reset.
what special procedures this car needs please? Thanks
Bleeding or not bleeding the brakes will not caused the ABS to go out.
You are rolling the dice in not taking your car into have your ABS checked out.
when total failure happens, you will lose your power assist and could get into a
accident. The first generation SC430(02-05) was common to have the AVS acculator go out once it hits over 100,000. Your decision your car and of course your risk to drive with the ABS completely fail.
