good day-I’m looking to identify this connector so I can pin up a jumper for tapped power for a cam/radar. I am avoiding any splicing, and not going to tuck anything from the fuse box up. This connector appears unique and not common.

I’ve scrubbed google lens and all forums, cannot find it anywhere…. Any input?

Note: these are from whole dome cluster tails for whole units for sale online, not photos from my car.

Hello,

While I don't have a Diagram for those cars, I do have some pictures I found on eBay that lay out the function of all the Wires in that Connector, here is one of said pictures. Black and Red wires are used for the HomeLink Garage Door Opener, Green and Brown are for the Dome Lights, and the White/Black wire is for the Door Light Switch. Sometimes you can also have two extra wires for the Overhead Microphone, but it seems like they only started appearing in the Facelift Models. Aside from that, all the rest of the Terminals in that connector appear to be vacant..

The issue is that, from the looks of it, you won't really be able to use it for the Dashcam regardless of the Pinout, as both the Dome Lights and the HomeLink are usually powered Directly from the Battery, not through the Ignition Switch, meaning that anything you connect to the Dome Lights will stay On even after you Lock the car and walk away, draining said Battery, which is pretty much the story of how I ended up waving goodbye to at least two of my batteries .. yeah..

Hope this helps and best of luck!
