Installed rebuilt instrument cluster but still appears to be not receiving 12v power. Cluster checks good with external power supplied but when installed in car has no sign of power.
Does anyone know where I can start ( fuse location, relay etc)
to find source of no power.

 

What you really need is a schematic. Go to this link of BBB industries and click on "technical data" then on "wiring diagrams". You will have to fill out a short form, but the data is absolutely free. I have yet to see a car that they didn't have a schematic for.
