Default Jerky motion in reverse

Has anyone experienced a jerky motion while backing up? It doesn't happen every time I back up so I'm wondering if I shouldn't worry about it. I've owned the car for 4 years and it's been doing this since I bought it. If it's not to hard to fix, I'd like to fix it. I'll be taking it in for a transmission fluid change in a couple of weeks so I could have it fixed then. Comments are appreciated.

I’m having the same problem. I wish your question had some replies.

Is jerkiness when car is cold ? Or all the time regardless of whether it is cold or warm ? When was rear differential fluid last changed ? I get minor jerkiness when entirely cold ( same with another of my non Lexus Toyota cars ) and reversing uphill. But when warm, no issues, uphill flat and downhill. In each case trans fluid and rear diff fluid were changed within the last 10k miles. All fluids used meet OEM spec and the non Lexus Toyota car is only at 30k miles since new so it is not an age and wear and tear issue. I am prepared to live with it since it only happens when entirely cold.
