My SC430 is one of the original ones from Mar '01 delivery. Recently I've been hearing some "clattering" around the inside of the Nav System (when closed ) when driving over bumps. The dealer started checking other owners cars on the lot and found similar problems. They said this is the first that anyone has complained, but they are sure that Lexus will have a fix if they receive enough complaints. Sooo - for those of you having this problem, please start complaining. Thanks.

 

my car also has noise coming from the nav cover. and when i open to cover the noise goes away. The dealer could not find the problem .. will take it back and have them check it again..
