Default Evaluating an '06 for Purchase

I've had two previous SC430s. First a new '05. We were living in Northern CA (Marin County) with narrow, curvy streets and blind intersections. It was my wife's daily driver, and she couldn't/wouldn't tolerate the poor visibility. In 2017 we moved to Southern AZ for retirement, and I picked up at 2007 Pebble Beach. Had it for about a year and let it go (big mistake). I've missed the grand touring ride quality, and I located an '06 with 118K being sold by a dealer "as-is". I have a relationship with our local Lexus dealer (we have a '22 RX450h) and I pulled all of the service records. It had been maintained mostly at the Lexus dealer and regular services every 5K miles. It had the timing belt/water pump done 9 years ago, Radiator replaced, and many of the routine wear-items replaced. On a somewhat limited test drive, the only alarming thing was a frontend (?) suspension rattle.

I know I'll need to replace the tires, but my question is what is the cost exposure for suspension work. I've gotten the price-quote for ball-joints. Is there anything else that could potentially cost several thousand dollars? The purchase price is below$10K
