Our adventure continues!!
Ok, new guy here so a little background on this adventure... I am 67 and finally decided to sell my Harley and go convertible, I had no problem riding the Harley as I was also a riding instructor for years, just too many crazies and inattentive drivers out there staring at their phones, so I decided it was time. Bought this last Harley new in 2007 and put just shy of 100k on it. We bought a 2005 Honda S2000 but decided it was not what we were looking for, so we sold that and started a search again. Sill wanted a convertible and once we drove a retractable hard top car and saw how quiet it was, we were hooked. Been looking at Mercedes SL's a couple different BMWs and this SC430. Mercedes upkeep stories and prices scared us, and we decided on this SC430.
We are pretty particular on colors pretty much wanted bright red or blue and have been looking for a while. Finally found one to our liking and are leaving for an 8-hour road trip this afternoon to go and hopefully buy it.2004 Bright red, dark saddle interior with 57k on the odometer and in pretty perfect condition. He just had new OEM wheels and tires installed yesterday so I don't have to worry about that for a bit. Also, he did a lot of the things already that I was planning to do, He installed a Pioneer head unit with nav, BT, back up camera, Sirius ready and a few other things, and he still has the working stock radio if I ever want to put it back in. I'm just hoping its as good in person as it is in the pictures!! Wish me luck!

Thanks, we were thinking we wanted kind of a "luxury cruiser" and I think this will fit the bill. A good long-distance cruiser with room to move in it. We are in SC and my daughters both live in Texas.
Probably not but looking at Lexus history it was inspected a little while back and looked good and I also had him crawl around under it with his cell and a facetime me to see if it looked rusty under there and it looked pretty good.
