Missing miscellaneous bolts......

Missing miscellaneous bolts......
I have a 1995 Sc300 that i'm doing a 2jz R154 swap on. I bought the engine and trans locally, from 2 separate people, but I am missing random stuff.
Stuff missing:
1. Shifter fork for trans.
2. Bellhousing to engine bolts
3. Starter bolts
4. Upper Intake Manifold bolts, the ones used to bolt to the lower half
5. Stock turbo exhaust manifold and intercooler piping off the turbos
6. Shifter for r154
This is what i have found so far but im sure there are some more random stuff that im missing. some stuff like the shift fork, bellhousing to engine bolts, and shifter i can buy from Driftmotion.com but i would prefer to save some money. I was able to locate a stock twin system on ebay but in total it would be around $750. So if anyone knows where i can get the Intake Manifold bolts, starter bolts or the stock turbo stuff, that would be great.
