Iacv plates

i have a couple idle air control valve plates for the 2jzgte iacv for sale. $55 shipped with pp fees

im located in san antonio tx, $50 local pick up

What exactly are these? block off plates? weld on flanges ?

There plates to weld of to an intake so you can use a gte iacv
