GE head came from my running car 1997 SC300 with 235K miles. No rattles, no ticking. Never seen 6k RPM, mostly at 3k RPM. Comes with valve cover and internals. No manifold assembly. $100

To add more, I have complete air box, maf, igniter, windshield washer fluid reservoir, water pump pulley, fuel rail, throttle body, intake manifold, fan, etc...

OE plug wires, distributor cap, distributor rotor, Denso iridiums ( IK something). These has less than 8k miles..
