Recently bought a fujin lip so I will be putting the lip I was going to put on my 97+ for sale
This is great for anyone that is looking for a cheap lip and knows how to do any kind of body work. Or you can learn on your own and make this fit your bumper!

This is a lip CUT OUT of the ACS style front bumper for the sc, i cut out the lip and had plans of extending it out to make it fit the 97, this may also fit the older 92-96 style bumper but that will be up to you.

Do you have a mock-up picture of it on? and a rough estimate on how much the center needs to be extended

 

I measured it before but when I didn't have my car painted. I don't want to scratch my paint so I will not put it on. It's around 3-4 inches tho. Almost the same size as getting the stock sc4 lip on a 97
