hey, stupid question, but im a noob as far as mechanics. are these the long tubes? so they bypass the cats? or do they just bolt right up as direct fit replacement parts?

 

They are longer than the stock headers. They bypass the first set of cats (you either have a 3rd cat if you have a California car, or a resonator after the y pipe).

It's direct bolt on for SC's.

Great headers. With a tune you can really get the most out of these. Sorry for flaking JDM... I'll be in the market for some next summer. Thanks.
