This is a custom header I got from a friend after he went turbo. It was made by modifying a stainless header to perform better and have stronger welds. I was going to use it but have decided to build a turbo setup instead. It will need a flange welded to the exhaust side to bolt to your exhaust. I will post some pictures when I get home from work today.

Partly interested. How big is this compare to the 98+ headers. I know those are bigger than the older SC300.

How much of a power gain would you get from these?

 

Oh i got mine on ebay and it has a flex pipe and a mid pipe and its brand new. Just saying.

 

Im not sure.. some people would say about 10-15 but I have no dyno sheets to prove that. And frankly I never go off of manufacturer specs.. I mean they are trying to sell a product. I do however guarantee that this is better than stock, and a good upgrade if you are NA.

yeah do you have to weld this on?

 

you have to weld the flange from your existing header to it.. then it bolts right up.
