i'm interested, but what exactly makes this a 'conversion' kit? Just the adapter plate on the bellhousing itself?

 

pretty much, the adapter, throwout bearing, and throwout bearing base. you have to shave the OEM bellhousing a little and then cut a hole in the top for the throwout bearing line to come out.

edit: and you have to have a custom flywheel built. but this kit comes with it so expense saved
