I'm not sure about the ground terminal, and the bumper will go right on and look fine, other parts of the bumper for a full conversion would be fog lights and a grille.

FedEx ground quoted me 847$ to ship it with ground shipping, grey hound to washington DC would be 71.15$.
It's first come first serve, I'd definatly rather not have to ship it, theres the risk of it being damaged, all sorts of things.
