looking for a scan tool for my '92 SC3 and cant frikkin find one anywhere that fits.

why cant you just use a wire and get the code and figure out what the code is? jump the te1 and the e1 and your check engine light should start blinking.
they have diagnostic tool that reads obd1 and 2 but its crazy expensive my mechanic uses it he was selling used one for like $3500 rather use paper clip

It does OBD1 and OBD2. It has attachments for Ford, GM, Toyota, and Chrysler/Jeep for OBD1. It's actually very user friendly. I can't remember what I paid for mine, but they are all over ebay right now for $150. I have used it on all my vehicles and it works like a charm. It even gives definitions of different codes as to what the cause of the problem may be as well as an indicator on emissions (good for the California guys). It also has a port that can hook up to a computer, but I haven't used that function yet.

Yes, but does it offer OBD1 reading for Toyota??? I have a $500 OBD scanner and mine doesn't... Only offers OBD1 on the 3 from Detroit.

Yes it does. If you look at the picture, it is the two green attachments. One is circular and the other is more square shaped. They even say Toyota on it.
