when you say the inside gril area do you mean where the actual gril goes ? Would the gril not be able to to bolt in like normal ???

No sorry it's the opening for the radiator that I called the grille area

there are 8 tabs and a few of them are cracked.
Some people remove this area for a FMIC, this would be perfect for that or easily prepped and stock too
