Yo Jason, Just to let you know that "Yes" it is plug in play, But the '96 Climate Control back lighting screen will be "Amber" (Like mine) and not Bluish-Green like that of what you see on your car...But it's only a matter of swapping the little rubber caps of the light bulbs inside the back part of the LCD screen, I can help you with that.
