i'm sorry if i missed the info,, but where are you located now... i'm debating between a supra autoo tt lsd and the trd, but if i have to get one shipped, i'll probably go with a trd.

I'm interested in this diff, but is it an LSD? It looks like a LSD but I've found a link that the guy says it's not an LSD. http://bananags.grantham-international.com/GS_DIY/LSD/Originally Posted by That-Guy

The diff I'm selling is a TorSen LSD. note: (In theory, it will last "forever" which is truth for most supraTT. It uses gears, no clutches to wear out. Highly recommended for high performance street car.)
The TRD is a clutch type LSD. note: (Clutch packs will wear out depend on your usage and will need rebuilt. You should change your diff fluid every 5K miles. And add friction modifier so it doesn't lockup and chatter. At the cost of around $40. Recommend for high HP application, rally driving or Drag racing. )
You won't find a TRD lsd for this kinda money.
Nero at Titan motorsports is selling a pumpkin with TRD LSD for $2500.
Just the diff for a TRD diff is $1000-$1200. Plus the very technical/costly skill of installation. Installing a diff into a pumpkin requires special tools and isn't really a DIY kind of thing.
The auto TT lsd's (that are already setup in the pumpkin like mine) sell for $800 on supraforums. So at $600 this is priced to sell.
Steve,
NA auto supras came with open rear's like the one in that link. Mine is definitely a torsen lsd from a 97 Supra Twin Turbo. Shows how much the info on that link can be trusted. Anyone can tell that's an open diff in the picture.

ExploreNo, it's a STOCK LSD from an Automatic TWIN TURBO Supra MKIV.

Do you have pictures of the internals. I've been doing some research and found that anywhere from 95 or 96 and up auto tt supra's. Does not come lsd diffs.
