SC400 AC Compressor

I have an AC compressor for a SC400. It is remanufactured and has never been used. It does not come with a clutch.

You mentioned something about adding in a clutch awhile ago, offer still good or no?

Also.... my clutch will engage/disengage properly... but when it engages it does NOT spin. Does that mean the compressor is locked up and the clutch is fine?
