1999 3 spoke black steering wheel w/ airbag. $200. bought from a member here and never installed. I was told the airbag was repaired. there is a slightly noticeable line/scar on the cover.

spitfire: yes the cluster works. its in my car right now. IM still waiting for my cluster to come back from lextech. I didnt know the 99 wheel meeded to be modded to fit a pre-97. i thought it was a direct fit. but to answer your question no it hasnt been modified.
