I wasn't aware they had factory mud guards for the SC? I bought mine from Pepboys and those work just fine.

I bought them from a soarer and never mounted them because I've been trying to get 97+ parts. PM me with a good offer and there yours... I could definetly use the cash for my new rear end... - Bryan

PS, I put them up to my car and they use all the factory mounting stuff..

OH and I believe mud guards were mostly available on japan and canadian models..
