I do not believe they are glass. They feel identical to my 96 highbeams. If they were glass, I would probably be asking over twice as much.

The majority of the weight seems like it is in the can and not in the face. They feel plastic. However, they are extremely clear and in very good shape structurally. They are quite functional highbeams.
