Derek (or anyone who may know), just out of curiosity, my shifter is old and the words "overdrive" near the botton is worn. What can we replace this shifter with that will still allow us to activate the overdrive? I wanted something in wood but can't find one with the corresponding button.

 

mike, you can do a search on the SC forum, but as far as i know, there is no aftermarket shifter to replace the stock ones (w/ the OD button). You could buy this one, but OD is a little worn off so....

Also, the only reason I am getting rid of this shifter is becasue it does not match my interior. I just bought it from a member on here, but I thought it was gray.

Derek, I searched as you said and just as I feared...no replacements exist, or at least none that I'm willing to try. My shifter looks exactly like the one pictured in this thread. I normally don't care about stuff like that but I had this HOT chick in my car this past weekend and she was talking about how nice my car was and all that but once we got inside she saw the worn shifter and commented about that too. Damn silly azz chick...why'd she have to go and mention that? There's only one "shifter" she should be eyeballing in my car
