Loose wheel stud! Cannot remove lug nut!

Is there any chance the holes for the studs on the hub are already rounded??

had this happen to my honda couple months ago. got a big fu**ing hammer and used a breaker bar to wiggle the stud up and down until it snaped.

That could work for the OP, especially since his lugs are open ends.

But I don't want to snap my new studs and new lugs! (Whining like a child!) LOL

But really guys I really appreciate the suggestions! This car have definitely been a challenge for me, but I still love it like my wifey!

I dealt with this once. Jack up the car, turn the steering wheel all the way left or right, rotate the wheel till you see the back of the problem stud. Spot weld the stud to the rotor from the back. Get the nut off. Grind off the spot weld and push the stud off. Replace the stud and nut.

This happened to me today!
I'm going to try a power tool tomorrow and see what happenes.
