TEIN HA for a Supra on mine as well. Feels very nice... The lowest setting is almost as comfy as stock with a lot more control.

I don't know if it has anything to do with anything, but I had a chance to compare Tein HE's for an S13 and S14 (240sx's for those of you who don't know) with JIC FLT-A2's for the same cars. I got a good look at both (I own a set of Tein HE's for my S13) and I got to drive on the Teins, but only got a ridealong with the JIC's

A few ot the things i noticed when comparing them by sight:
Both the Teins and the JIC's are of VERY high quality, however the JIC's were noticeably beefier
The Teins do not have the inverted monotube like the JIC's so I think the JIC's would handle side loads better
the springs are the same rates for both of these sets of coilovers, but the damping rates are much higher on the JIC's which gives a better ride and more predictability

What I noticed from driving and riding:
The teins seemed to be a bit "bouncy", they could use a good bit mroe rebound damping
the JIC's felt perfect, when exiting corners the car was very stable and didnt have the added little springiness that the Teins did.

Overall I wish I had bought the JIC's but oh well :-/

But then again, I don't know how this directly relates to an SC

I have however, ridden in an MKIV supra with the FLT's and it was absolutely awesome, so I assume it would be the same in an SC. However, if you are used to the nice comfy stock stuff, even with the FLT-A2's set on full soft, it will be SIGNIFICANTLY stiffer than stock.

Excuse my ignorance but....is a Springs & Astable Shocks combo the same as coilovers?
