First time poster since buying my '92 SC3 in October. A/C hasn't worked since I got it and had it diagnosed at a local indie shop; leaking EPR valve. Lexus wants $1,000 for a NoS part which is frankly ridiculous. The system was evidently upgraded to R154A at some point in the past. I've seen a handful of threads about these but nothing recent. Anyone have a source for a used one? Any other work arounds (ie a different type of expansion valve) other than just blocking it off? don't want to blow through compressors.

 

I think I found the Lexus P/N for this P/N 8850324060. I checked the newer years as well, and they use P/N 8850324100. Can anyone confirm this? What are the differences between the two?
