Question cooling issue need help

in addition to my long list of other problems with my car, #2 is an issue with overheating. been doing some pretty serious research into my fan issue and came across some stuff. in regards to the hydro fan, i saw that there were a couple of possibilities to my cooling issue.

the issue; engine temps rise when at idle or low RPM, and doesn't show up on the dash until i rev the engine to circulate the fluid around to where the needle begins to jump up to the correct temp reading. high revving the engine will usually slowly bring back the temp to normal operating temps.

what i have read so far and concluded as to possible problems;
  1. i guess we have a fan ECU that controls the fan speeds at different times that could be bad?
  2. having air in the system causes similar sounding issues
  3. the fan motor might be bad
  4. the water pump might be bad
  5. the oil pump might be bad? (sorry if i sound stupid asf for this one, but honestly looking into all the diagrams has me really confuzled at this point as to all the different workings of this car)
possible solutions i have;
  1. swap to an E-fan (original idea but just thinking about the wiring and the after affect of the hydro system gives me a headache)
  2. bleeding the system of air (if its this one i would appreciate if someone could do a walkthrough of how)
  3. replacing the fan motor https://www.mylparts.com/.../cooling-system--cooling-system no. 8 OR if its a different part https://www.mylparts.com/v-199.../cooling-system--oil-cooler no. 7 ( they look different in the drawing, don't know if thats the same part or not)
  4. replacing the water pump https://www.mylparts.com/v-199.../cooling-system--water-pump no. 1
  5. replacing the oil pump https://www.mylparts.com/v-199.../cooling-system--oil-cooler no. 8
  6. finding and either cleaning or replacing the fan ECU (i guess just generally messing with the fan ECU)
the website i linked above has its MANY uses as you can see so if you can't really help me on this, at least take that away for taking the time to read all this. but for those who are interested, what do you think the exact cause is? and which solution do you recommend?
