Speedo, Tacho, and temp gauge don't work
Everything in my dash except for the fuel gauge work. Haven't looked into it yet but was wondering if there was anyone out there that would have any idea on where to begin looking

That thread above covers everything that goes wrong with the 1992-2000 SC300/400 dash instrument clusters and how to repair them. The issues you are describing are very common and will affect most SC instrument clusters eventually so as to require capacitor repairs to the cluster gauge motors and in some exceptional cases a full replacement of an extremely severely affected gauge motor. Usually the gauge motors can be repaired and put back into normal service.
Alternatively you can contact Tanin Auto Electronix to send your cluster in to them to repair all the above issues you mentioned. They are specialists at repairing and upgrading our SC clusters and they also offer LED lighting upgrades should your original needle lighting be going out as well. Backlighting eventually going out and needle lighting eventually going out is also a fairly common thing with SC's at some point.
Additionally they also repair the LCD screens on the SC HVAC controller units and they can also replace all the capacitors in your main engine ECU if that service has never been performed yet (highly recommended as preventative maintenance before it becomes necessary anyway).
