Yesterday I got in my 96 SC400 and noticed it was running VERY poorly, barely any throttle response. It did get a lot better once the vehicle warmed up but I noticed a surge happening about every other second whilst on the throttle. I have also notice the fuel pump whining when the vehicle is running, is this an issue anyone has run into before? Sounds like a fuel pump going out to me but wanted to see if these cars have some quirks that would lead to that issue. Thanks
