Question Passenger Seat Not Moving

First binding on the right side so only the left side moved up and back a bit, it now does not move at all but the motor runs. I am trying to remove it but it is in the most forward position and the seat rails are over the plastic covers of the two front bolts. Even with considerable pressure by pushing, the seat won't move. Is there a way to unlock the seat manually so that it can moved enough to expose the front seat rail bolts and their covers?

I haven't had stock seats in a while, but if I remember right, there are allen bolts at the front of each rail that can be turned by hand to move it.

I would guess you lost the white plastic caps on the front/outside of the rails...

You were correct. I found the little devils underneath the seat. Back working again. Thanks much.

It boggles the mind that Lexus built such a tank of a seat, then crippled it with little plastic caps that walk themselves out and keep the thing from moving.

Question - i posted this in another thread - is the front driver's seat supposed to move forward when the seat back is flipped to allow rear access? Mine does not. Only the passenger side.

That's normal.

Thank you for confirming. I simply could not find that information. Sorry for the thread hijack.
